    • Provide the necessary purchase details, including the order number, product name, and reason for the refund request.
    • Our customer support team will assess your request and, if eligible, guide you through the refund process.
  3. Refund Timeframe:

    • Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 Business Days
    • The refund amount will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise specified.
    • Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
  4. Refund Types:

    • We offer two types of refunds: full and partial.
    • Full Refund: If your refund request is approved, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the product or service.
    • Partial Refund: In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund depending on the circumstances, such as if only part of the product or service was utilized.
  5. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Some products or services might be marked as non-refundable. These are usually  personalized/customized items.
    • Additionally, any items purchased during a promotional or discounted period may not be eligible for a refund.
  6. Physical Products Return:

    • If the refund request is related to a physical product, we may require the item to be returned to us in its original condition before issuing a refund.
    • Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs for physical products, unless the item is damaged or
